Kiyoshi has a slender, refined build that complements his poised demeanor. His golden eyes are sharp yet warm, framed by sleek black hair that falls in layered strands just above his jawline. His attire blends elegance with theatrical flair. He wears a cream and black ensemble trimmed with vivid red, the design accented by ornate gold cloud motifs along the sleeves and hems. Flowing, translucent veils trail from his arms, fading from pale blue into gold-tipped curls that mimic drifting clouds, giving the impression of movement even when he stands still. A keystone clasp and tasselled earring add striking detail, tying his look together with cultural symbolism and personal style.On stage, the long, billowing fabrics catch the light and respond to his movements, enhancing his wind-inspired performances with a sense of natural grace. Kiyoshi is heavily inspired by Chinese culture and this has influenced his designs greatly.

As a Battler

Kiyoshi is an extremely adept battler than can give any Ace Trainer a run for their money. His strategic mind can be seen on full display, often outplaying his opponents. Having trained beneath a former champion: Mustard, on the isle of armour. Kiyoshi is not someone to be underestimated.Some of his most well known strategies involve ‘sorcery style’ which is based around tricks and misdirection to confuse opponents, and unorthodox weather strategies like using steel type moves to reflect harsh sunlight to blind the opposing pokemon and create an advantage. His time beneath Raihan as a gym trainer in Hammerlocke city was spent well.However, what’s most noteworthy about Kiyoshi’s battle style is his affinity with wind based strategy and moves, which has become unique to him. Moves like Tailwind, hurricane are commonly seen.Despite having no desire to challenge Gym Leaders and challenge a league, he regularly participates in tournaments.

Performance is the one area where Kiyoshi finds himself to be the strongest. Trained in acting and dancing from a young age, he was destined to excel on the stage. He’s contributed to many performances in the famous Ecruteak Dance Theatre. This has influenced his Coordinating as well, his style could be described as a blend of traditional storytelling with the grace and poise of a seasoned professional.When conceptualising an appeal, he draws inspiration from the Pokémon themselves. What makes them special, unique and tries to tailor it to their personality. Although, there’s always a sprinkle of his own preferences in there. A lot of his appeals draw on traditional Chinese arts and opera.Kiyoshi is currently registered for Galar’s first ever contest season. Aiming for the title of Galar’s first top coordinator. However, like with their gym challenge, in order to participate he needed sponsors. Kiyoshi started off with one, but after his first few contests, his sponsor count grew to four:• Ecruteak Dance Theatre (Johto)
• Valley Wind Works (Sinnoh)
• Mustard’s Dojo (Galar)
• Hammerlocke City Gym (Galar)
